• “I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life’s greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.”

Another quote, to remind ourselves to be cautious of what we say to ourselves. This was derived from, yet again, “Hungry For Change” http://www.book-cycle.org/media-gallery/mediaitem/3178-www-disclose-tv “I am by nature a dealer if words and words are the most powerful drug known to humanity.” ~ Rudyard Kipling • Author, most famous for “The jungle Book”. 1965 – 1936.
Sorry I fell off the train again! Here’s a good one I learned from “Hungry For Change”, an exposé in dieting and how our bodies are actually designed to eat and why we eat, eat, eat, can still be hungry and are actually starving. Please watch this documentary! It is so well worth it! Even if much of it is already things you know/have heard, I feel confident enough, that if you watch this film through its entirety, it will, at the very least help you exact the change that you need in your life or that you should pass in to others.
