Quote of The Day

“Live life fully while you’re here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up! You’re going to anyway, so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of your problem and eliminate it. Don’t try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of being human.”

~ Anthony Robbins • American advisor to leaders & motivational speaker.

Quote of The Day

• “I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life’s greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.”

• “If you can’t, you must. If you must, you can.”

~ Anthony Robbins • American advisor to leaders & motivational speaker

Quote of the Day

“You are now at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you really are now? Don’t think about who you have been. Who are you now? Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it powerfully.”

~ Anthony Robbins • American advisor to leaders & motivational speaker.

Quote of The Day

“Unless your heart, your soul, and your whole being are behind every decision you make, the words from your mouth will be empty, and each action will be meaningless. Truth and confidence are the roots of happiness.” ~ Pietro Aretino • Italian Author, Playwright, Poet, Satirist (lived 1492 – 1556).

Quote of The Day

“If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines to take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny. ”

~ Thomas Jefferson • Most notably the 3rd US President and one of America’s Founding Fathers (lived April 13th, 1743 until July 4th, 1826)

Quote of The Day

Sorry I fell off the train again! Here’s a good one I learned from “Hungry For Change”, an exposé in dieting and how our bodies are actually designed to eat and why we eat, eat, eat, can still be hungry and are actually starving. Please watch this documentary! It is so well worth it! Even if much of it is already things you know/have heard, I feel confident enough, that if you watch this film through its entirety, it will, at the very least help you exact the change that you need in your life or that you should pass in to others.
